The New York Hypnosis Center is a welcoming and relaxing place for our clients to pursue their personal growth while achieving their goals. We have offices in Bayside Queens and Manhattan, located in the heart of New York City.

Client Centered Approach:

Our hypnotists work with individual clients on a one on one basis always looking to help the client connect to their own inner power by finding the answers to their challenges within themselves. Whether your issues are fears, worries, stress, weight, smoking or self development, we come to our sessions believing that our clients have within themseves, the inner wisdom to both identify and resolve the issues and problems they face. It is through a process of self-Discovery using hypnosis, that we assist our clients in finding what might either be standing in their way or holding them back.

Hypnosis Training:

The New York Hypnosis Center is also a well recognized hypnosis training school certified by IACT ( The International Association of Counslors and Therapists) offering training to those interested in exploring hypnosis as a new career path. We also offer at various times holistic and spiritual workshops on selected topics given by guest speakers.

Jeffrey H. Cohen, BS, M.Ht., BCH, is a Board Certified Hypnotherapist. He has a degree in psychology and is a Master Hypnotherapist with certifications in Reiki, Life-Between-Lives Spiritual Regression, NLP, EFT, Pain Management, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression. Jeff has been drawn to Dr. Eric Pearl's work with Reconnective Healing and has been integrating this powerful energy work into his practice.

Jeff is is an Approved Instructor/Trainer with The International Association of Counselors and Therapists, one of the largest complementary healthcare organizations in the world. He is also certified with the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists as well as the National Guild of Hypnotists where he completed his training in Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy.

He has studied nutrition for the past 15 years and is the president and co-founder of The New York Hypnosis Center with offices in Bayside Queens, and Manhattan. Jeff spent a good portion of his career in the field of human resources. He successfully built and ran his own business and his background blends both business and the healing arts. He brings a wealth of practical real life experience to the profession.

Dolores P. McCullough, MA, M.Ht., is a Master Hypnotherapist, who holds an M.A. in Theatre Arts, a B.A. in Literature and Education and a Master's Certification in Hypnotic Regression. She also has certifications in herspecialties, Past Life Regression and Life-Between-Life Regression. As a certified instructor, Ms. McCullough teaches basic hypnotherapy courses and presents seminars on Dream Interpretation and Hypnos

A former actress, Ms. McCullough portrayed the New England poet, Edna St. Vincent Millay, in a one-person play which she wrote. And, as a licensed speech teacher,she coached professionals and created a handbook and cassette program for speech clarification.

Ms. McCullough is currently pursuing an M.A. in Creative Writing and Transpersonal Studies. Her theatrical and educational background enrich her approach to transpersonal hypnosis.
